About me
I’m a content designer with experience designing end-to-end customer-facing products that have proven business impact. I’m an advocate for data-driven decision making and information-first approaches in UX design.
I currently lead content strategy for Chase’s consumer credit monitoring product, where I work closely with UX designers, product owners, researchers and developers to deliver simple, user-centered solutions that meet business goals.
I come from an editorial background, with past stints in publishing and marketing, which have informed my content-led approach to UX design. I was born and raised in Bermuda, got a degree in journalism at Northwestern University and have lived in New York City ever since.
